After many weeks of recovering from hip replacement surgery, I was very much looking forward to the warmer months and had a thought to paint some apple blossoms. I took some reference photos at a friend's house (Thank you, Lynn) and was inspired to do a series. I really enjoyed the grainy washes in this particular painting.
